NCCHC is the premier organization for Hispanic leadership development in community colleges. Our mission is to increase the number of successful Hispanic leaders in America’s community colleges through leadership development. Access to learning opportunities for all has been a cornerstone of the community college mission since the colleges were created more than a century ago. For Latino students, access to higher education creates the opportunity to participate fully in the American dream. Access to professional development opportunities, like the NCCHC Leadership Fellows Program and Leadership Symposium, are bridges to administrative leadership positions.
